Consultation has concluded
Monitoring for equality purposes
Please note you do not have to complete this monitoring form if you are responding on behalf of an organisation.
As a public authority, Derry City & Strabane District Council is required to have due regard to the promotion of equality of opportunity and regard to the promotion of good relations in all our policy making and service delivery. This means that we have to ensure that the views of our ratepayers and service users are taken into account when developing policies and planning services.
It is helpful for us to know who is responding to our consultations so we are asking respondents to give us some monitoring information. This information will be totally anonymous and will be analysed separately from your feedback.
You do not have to complete the questions below but, if you do, it will help us to know whether we are receiving feedback from a cross-section of people from different backgrounds.
When we report on feedback from this consultation, comments will not be attributed to individual respondents.
If you have any questions about equality monitoring, please do not hesitate to contact our Equality Officer – equality@derrystrabane.com Tel: 028 71 253 253 Ext 6705
