As part of the Walled City Regeneration City Deal, Derry City & Strabane District Council is working on a number of projects designed to improve the streetscape within the historic Walled City and therefore deliver a more enhanced resident and visitor experience.
One of the areas we are looking at is wayfinding, visitor orientation and the safe circulation of visitors within the Walled City. The key aim is to make sure that from the moment people arrive in the city they can be easily directed to key tourism and civic attractions with a strong focus on those facilities in and around the City Walls.
In particular we would like to ask for your assistance in identifying the best locations within the city centre for coaches to drop off and collect their customers in a safe, efficient and meaningful way.
We would appreciate it if you could take the time to complete the short survey below.
