Consultation on Ferryquay Street

Consultation has concluded.

Derry City & Strabane District Council invites your views on the temporary traffic and pedestrian arrangements introduced in Upper Carlisle Road and Ferryquay Street. This pilot scheme forms part of a series of projects delivered in Derry City Centre as part of the DfC/DfI funded Covid Recovery Plan. The objective of this trial scheme included creating additional pedestrian space along Ferryquay St, introducing one-way traffic flow on upper Carlisle Rd and Ferryquay St and the associated reduction in vehicle emissions.

The scheme which will remain in place for a period up to April 2023, is currently under review and your response to this survey will assist Council and its partners in determining potential options going forward.

Council, City Centre Initiative and its partners thank you for your participation in this survey.
